We specialize in refurbishing and improving homes in SW London and are based in Fulham which enables us to be close to many of our projects. Our main major work includes extensions (especially kitchen side-returns), lofts and basements but we undertake other smaller work from roofing to constructing beautiful gardens.

Mark ran a very tight show from the beginning to practical completion. The initial inspection lead to the delivery of a detailed schedule of works with a week by week breakdown of the jobs that would be carried out. The house was practically bubble wrapped to protect the parts that were not affected by the works and only delays where usually due to extra’s that i requested and/or items outside their control. These delays where accommodated with great skill and professionalism. Mark’s building team where all polite, timely and worked extremely hard. All in all the project was delivered in a timely fashion with the house left in the state they found it in, bar a large extension! All snagging items post project where dealt with quickly and efficiently which is a great relief to the customer after such a large financial layout!

Project: Double-loft:

We had 3 quotes and Mark’s came out as the most competitive. So we decided to go with him. A Large loft conversion with 1 big bedroom and 1 large bathroom. Not only did they come out most competitive, they also recommended excellent architects and a brilliant surveyor which was a help as we didn’t have a clue who to use. Works took just on 3 months which was on time and on budget. There were a team of guys on site every day with a project manager who oversaw the day to day running of the build. The quality of work was excellent throughout although we were particularly impressed by the carpentry, tiling & glazing and the quality of the finishing throughout. All men on site were extremely polite and courteous and living on site with a wife and 2 children made life so much easier. We were extremely happy by the end result, so much so that we have invited all of the builders back for a barbeque in September to say thank you. We have already recommended Bramach to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Good builders are worth their weight in gold!
