Bramach Property Ltd was established in Nairnshire, Scotland, building bespoke new-build homes and renovating period property.

Some of our clients asked us to undertake projects in London as they struggled to find experienced and trustworthy builders in the city, these clients then recommended us to their friends and following an increase in requests for our work we opened our London office in Fulham.

Bramach Property Ltd have since gone from strength to strength in London with superb professional partners and friendly courteous building teams. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and our Technical Consultant is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers with over 35 years experience; he is involved with and oversees the technical aspect of every project.

All clients are understandably wary of the process involved in improving their homes and so we set out to try and make the process as painless as possible. Our service is a one-stop shop for those looking to carry out work on their home, from an initial consultation to obtaining plans and producing a top-quality finished product.

We aim to provide a value for money service with no hard-sell techniques and only use tradesmen and professionals who clients will feel confident to undertake work on their most valuable asset; their home.

Over the last few years Bramach Property Ltd has taken on all types of projects from simple decoration jobs to full house renovations, extensions and basements involving complicated structural details. Currently our core work is extensions (especially kitchen extensions), lofts and basements in SW London but we still undertake projects as far afield as Inverness and Aberdeen in Scotland where the company retains an office.

We now undertake general maintenance, plumbing and roofing work in London with specialist teams and the spring and summer months see us completing an increasing amount of gardens from decking to detailed brickwork.
